Your Dog’s Home Away From Home
We provide a unique, one-on-one boarding experience for your pup, we spend the first day integrating your dog into our home, yard and neighbourhood and of course settling them in with our family dog “Star”. Star is a 4 year old, 33 pound doodle mix.
For their stay, your dog becomes part of the family. They come with us on outings and are playing and sniffing in a safe, fully fenced yard or on our daily walks.
We want you to feel at ease knowing you will enjoy peace of mind with daily updates and videos, ensuring your dog feels loved and at home.
To board with us, your dog needs to be comfortable with other dogs, older children and be able to be left on occasion for up to 4 hours. I work from home, so I’m usually here with them, but depending on the day, the dogs may be left safely in the home for 1-4 hours.

How do you ensure my dog’s safety?
We prioritize your dog’s safety by hosting only one dog at a time in our home and fully fenced yard. We will keep your dog leashed on walks and take any extra steps needed for your dog to keep them comfortable and safe. Daily updates and videos keep you informed about your dog’s well-being and activities.
What are your house rules?
By only having one guest dog at a time we can maintain most rules that you prefer. We allow our dog on the bed and sofa when invited, and usually she is lounging in her dog bed. So just let us know your preferences!

I have extensive experience caring for dogs of all breeds and sizes, ensuring they feel comfortable and loved.
Can I visit your facility?
Absolutely! We encourage potential clients to visit our home to see the environment where their dogs will stay and meet us in person. I find my dog integrates with guest dogs best if we first take a walk together. I am comfortable with normal dog behaviour as they get to know each other such as barking and setting their status and boundaries and you should be too.
What if my dog has special needs?
Please discuss these needs with us during the initial consultation to ensure we can provide the best care. We are happy to accommodate dogs with certain special needs, including dietary restrictions or medication requirements. Your dog must be comfortable with being occasionally left at home for up to 4 hours in a day, be ok with another dog and a child around them.
